I must warn I am a terrific speller but a terrible typist so that in the end it looks like I can't spell. Since I pride myself on my spelling I just wanted to make that clear. I am searching earnestly for the purpose of my life. This search goes into high gear every winter once the holiday season is over. I am in those middle empty nest years and feel such a sense of purposelessness{Is that a word?} You know that old Patti Page song-Is that all there is? Well,that's where I am right now in my life. I used to keep a hard copy journal but haven't written one in about five years. They became so repetitous that I gave them up. Maybe this live journal thing will keep me retrospective and purposeful. Maybe.
